Da localização.
Não tem ar condicionado e torna-se muito abafado. O quarto fica com um cheiro insuportável de esgotos que sai da sanita. Apesar de ser uma guesthouse, ao preço que pagámos, ficava bem não deixar um só rolo de papel. Ficámos três noites e deixaram um só rolo de papel higiénico dos mais pequenos e consumíveis de higiene para um só dia.

Alojamento reservado numa situação de urgência e para uma só noite. Ultrapassou em muito as expetativas. Excelentes condições e apoio dos proprietários. A repetir por mais dias numa proxima visita a Terceira.

O check-in foi muito fácil, tendo sido enviado um código para o quarto antecipadamente. O local é central, com vários tipos de estabelecimentos por perto, e alguns restaurantes apenas à distância de 30 metros. A limpeza estava muito boa, o que é excelente. As camas e quarto eram bastante confortáveis. No geral, uma experiência excelente.
