Foi uma estadia de curta duração, só uma noite, mas fiquei a conhecer um alojamento excelente para futuras visitas à ilha Terceira. Muito bem localizado, com excelentes condições, nada a apontar. Recomendo vivamente.

A localização
Não tinha televisão e era necessária mais alguma roupa de cama (edredon mais quente) pois agora de inverno mesmo com AC senti que era precisa.

This place is top notch! Katarina was super pleasant and communicative, facilities are great, kitchen,laundry room, house is super clean, 5min from center. Had a great time! Definitely recommend.❤️

I really enjoyed my stay at Downtown Guesthouse! The location is fantastic, making it very easy to get around. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and having a good AC was a great bonus. The host was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommended!
The private bathroom is quite small. Although it is fully functional, the sink is very tiny, making shaving or washing your face a bit difficult.
However, there is a shared bathroom available, so it wasn't a major issue.
Additionally, we could sometimes smell food from the kitchen when other guests were cooking, which was the most unpleasant part of our stay.
