Entire apartment with terrace

The location of this apartment was perfect for the needs of my friend and me. It was far enough from the main touristy areas to be quiet at night, yet it was only a few minutes' walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, and Casco Viejo. The property owner was super friendly and met us at the apartment to give us the keys and show us around the apartment. She also gave us recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and sites to see while we were in town. The apartment itself was great! It was clean and modern and had all the supplies we needed to feel right at home.

This is a basement apartment (without air conditioning), and as such, it didn't have the best air circulation, but with the terrace doors open and using the provided fan, we were comfortable.

Location was great. Owner was very helpful in giving locations of places to see, very friendly.

We liked everything. The apartment is modern, spotless, stylish and had all the comforts we needed, including supplies of bathroom products and coffee capsules for the coffee machine. The personalised car park space is secure and is connected by lift to the apartment. Leticia was a great host, made us feel very much at home and was always available for advice if needed. The apartment is in a very quiet spot yet literally a few minutes from the beach and from shops and cafes. It also has a big private terrace which does get some sun at certain times during the day.
