Apartamento Lagun Concha Beach

Appartement très bien placé, à quelques mètres de la plage, qui est magnifique. Le reste des endroits à visiter est facilement accessible à pied. L'appartement a beaucoup d'espace, avec deux chambres séparées, deux salles de bain, et un salon avec cuisine ouverte. Excellent bar à vins en bas de l'immeuble !

Gros défaut de l'appartement : il est en sous-sol, et il n'y a pas de fenêtre, que des soupiraux, et une chambre n'a pas du tout d'ouverture vers l'extérieur. Difficile d'aérer et d'éviter l'odeur de renfermé. La cuisine n'a pas assez d'équipement. Pas de lave-linge. Notre enregistrement a été un peu chaotique. Notre contact ne parlait pas anglais et nous avons communiqué par message avec traducteur en ligne. A notre arrivée, elle a au départ demandé qu'on lui envoie une photo de carte de crédit pour la caution, alors que l'annonce ne le mentionnait pas (seulement qu'on présente une carte de crédit). Bien que cela ait été résolu, cela a été une source de stress. Il serait utile de mettre en place un système simple et sécurisé pour la caution.

There was Only one set of keys, no washing machine, no exchange of towels for a week (not nice when lacking access to a washing machine, one window was broken, very few kitchen utensils, cork screw missing, no key to organic waste bin. Further there was a lack of warm water in one of the shower. The double bed is rather small and on Fridays and Saturdays the apartment is quite noisy due to being in the basement below street level. Further we had to wait upon arrival for more than an hour without anyone answering calls or messages despite having made arrangement for key handover. Travelling with two children this was the worst check in process I have ever experienced.

It’s a basement apartment with limited natural light. Also has no air conditioning and only 1 fan included. There were a few bits missing like cleaning products, only a few towels for 3 days which didn’t really dry, only 1 fan, and hand soap. Missing bottle opener which id imagine disappear a lot but still. Would suggest including the basics to help make the place clean.

It's a very nice well equipped apartment. Short walk to the sea front and about 15 minutes walk to the old town. Great restaurant Txirrita Sagardotegia over the road. Set menu with all the cider you can drink. Further up the street a lovely Italian La Mama Mia and the expensive Alkimia Cocktail Bar.

Getting in was a problem. As requested we told them we wanted to use the car park. They told us to message one hour in advance and we would be met at the car park. Having messaged and got to the car park, no one to meet us. More messages and we were told to try and follow another car in. Having parked the car we walked to the apartment and stood outside the door. More messages asking where we were. 45 minutes after arriving at the car park we got into the apartment. All the messages were in Spanish and Angie had very little English. We knew the apartment had little natural light but we did find it bunker like after three days.
