Apartamento Lagun Concha Beach

Clean, spacious & in a good location.

No hot water in 2nd bedroom en-suite. Informed contact but not resolved. Cork screw broken, need a full set of glasses as all are different. Lack of natural light in the apartment. No windows at all in the 2nd bedroom en-suite! No air conditioning. The onsite contact sends information too late eg car parking info just as we arrived, check-out procedures for keys at 10.55am when check out was by no later than 11am. We had already left & on way to airport!

La ubicación y comodidad.

Nos dijeron después de pagar, 2 dias antes de llegar que teníamos que pagar tb una fianza de 300 euros. Esto deberían decirlo antes y no cuando ya no puedes anular. Podrían dejar 1 rollo de papel higiénico y no uno empezado, casi terminado y estaría bien tener un paño de cocina y algo de gel de baño y una fregona.

La ubicación y amplitud de las habitaciones

Un poco ruidoso. El Piso no tiene mucha luz, pero es algo q queda claro al hacer la reserva.

It's a very nice well equipped apartment. Short walk to the sea front and about 15 minutes walk to the old town. Great restaurant Txirrita Sagardotegia over the road. Set menu with all the cider you can drink. Further up the street a lovely Italian La Mama Mia and the expensive Alkimia Cocktail Bar.

Getting in was a problem. As requested we told them we wanted to use the car park. They told us to message one hour in advance and we would be met at the car park. Having messaged and got to the car park, no one to meet us. More messages and we were told to try and follow another car in. Having parked the car we walked to the apartment and stood outside the door. More messages asking where we were. 45 minutes after arriving at the car park we got into the apartment. All the messages were in Spanish and Angie had very little English. We knew the apartment had little natural light but we did find it bunker like after three days.
