35€ de parking pour 24h Le coin repas, 2 tabourets pour 3 personnes pas idéal. Aucune isolation phonique de la rue et des appartements voisins Petite petite terrasse pour étendre le linge pas facile.

Clean, spacious & comfortable. Good proximity to beach, restaurants & bars.

Nothing regarding property itself. Had quite a bit of difficulty obtaining information regarding parking for our vehicle which we had booked through rental company. Once shared, was very explicit & detailed, but had to request 3 times before response.

Wonderful location and relatively good value for last minute long term booking. Next to beach walkable etc.

The photos are of when the apartment was renovated. The walls are tired and dirty. The furniture is broken and stained. The bathroom doesn’t vent and there’s mold visible on the walls. Obviously no air conditioning which is fine most of the time but during a heat wave it’s unbearable. The worst is the noise from the street at night. San Martin is a busy street and busses and scooters are very loud in the morning. Some blinds are broken. Finally the apartment next door is rented to a group of restaurant workers who come back late at night every night and start to party and listen to loud music. Several nights I had to have arguments with them as they were extremely loud and their terrace is in practice next to our living room where the kids were sleeping on the pull out couch.
