The apartment’s location was its best feature: 7 minute walk to the Cathedral Buon Pastor, 5 minutes to the beach, and 15 minutes to the Old Town. The apartment was also in a secure location, which made us feel safe in the evenings, and during our day trips. Host was response when we had a problem with the light, and delivered more towels.

The furnishings are getting too old. For some reason, the host uses nylon sheets instead of cotton which made the beds quite uncomfortable. There aren’t enough lights in the house, and the main light in the bedroom with a double-bed broke twice during our four days. The bathroom is prone is flooding as the shower drain is very slow. The hosts provided nothing for us in the kitchen apart from salt, so cooking required us to do a big shop. Some essentials like tea, coffee, olive oil would have been really useful. Hosts also provided poor advice about parking a car; followed their advice the first day, and it cost us €30 for 12 hours! Moved parking locations and it was €50 for 5 full days. For tourists looking for somewhere comfortable, I would advise you look elsewhere at this price point. The location, nor the promptness of the host’s maintenance (which proved ineffective in the end) is not enough for me to give a proper recommendation.
