Nice, central location. Clean and comfortable, with a functional washing machine.

Initial difficulty in accessing the property due to a slightly confusing lock system on the front door, however the owners were very helpful.

Cleanliness, facilities, location. Everything is thought through and all items in the apartment make sense and are useful.

The owner was quite rude and somewhat unhelpful. When we called asking for assistance because there was some confusion as to where to find the key and which floor apartment is located on, instead of just giving us clear answer the host started saying just read the message again and again and just spoke rudely. I understand that they wrote message explaining everything but since we couldn’t figure it out I don’t see why it would be such a problem to just help us out? We eventually just hung up as the host was so unhelpful. Also the deposit process was quite bizarre. Host requested money to be sent via PayPal ahead of our stay, and then they would send it back to us if everything was ok with apartment. Which is fair enough but why via PayPal? How would I know if the host is not gonna come up with some arbitrary complaint and not return my money. I feel like there are more transparent ways to do this.

Cleanning

The host's management needs significant improvement. First, they ask you to make a PayPal transfer for potential damages to the apartment to an account in Ukraine, which is already somewhat suspicious. You end up doing it because you have nowhere else to stay in the city, so you take a small risk hoping the money will be returned. Then, they send you three or four messages with numerous instructions, reminding you that they have your money, that you have to leave everything clean and tidy, that you shouldn't have parties, that you shouldn't make noise, etc. Sending these messages in this way keeps you on edge, making your stay less than comfortable, even for people like us who always keep quiet, tidy up, and leave the apartment as we found it. After leaving, we had to clean as much as possible the apartment to expect our money back Finally, we chose this apartment because of the washing machine, and when you are there, you discover there's no detergent and they make you buy a whole bottle of detergent for just one wash that it has no sense.
