Cleanliness, facilities, location. Everything is thought through and all items in the apartment make sense and are useful.

The owner was quite rude and somewhat unhelpful. When we called asking for assistance because there was some confusion as to where to find the key and which floor apartment is located on, instead of just giving us clear answer the host started saying just read the message again and again and just spoke rudely. I understand that they wrote message explaining everything but since we couldn’t figure it out I don’t see why it would be such a problem to just help us out? We eventually just hung up as the host was so unhelpful. Also the deposit process was quite bizarre. Host requested money to be sent via PayPal ahead of our stay, and then they would send it back to us if everything was ok with apartment. Which is fair enough but why via PayPal? How would I know if the host is not gonna come up with some arbitrary complaint and not return my money. I feel like there are more transparent ways to do this.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Nahe zu ÖV, Läden und Park.

Sie liegt im 4. OG, aber das wussten wir. BEIM Fenster im Bad fehlte ein Sichtschutz.

Очень буйные и громкие соседи, через стены все слышно, грязное постельное белье, на простыни были большие желтые пятна, пододеяльник был грязным, в номере один рулон туалетной бумаги, номер маленький для такого количества человек, 2-3человека-это максимально для этого номера

Boa localização.

Local muito barulhento, apartamento sujo, chão sem limpar, pia encardida, móveis cheios de pelos de animais e banheiro nem se fala. Proprietária tentou me cobrar a taxa duas vezes e no final não queria devolver a caução. Péssima experiência.
