Отель новый, чистый, расположен в тихих дворах. Номер просторный и красивый. На ресепшене встречает прекрасная работница кошка Муся)

В номере нет холодильника и торшеров у кроватей. Также нет лифтов

An exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained property. Everything feels brand new. For this price category, the quality is ,great. The staff are truly outstanding! They didn't just respond to my asks they always offered help before I even asked. That level of care genuinely impressed me and is something I normally expect only from excellent 5-star hotels. Every request was handled immediately with great care. During my 4 nights stay, on 2nd day I asked to have just one towel replaced. When I came back, the entire room had been fully refreshed, including fresh bed linen. It felt like a room prepared for a new guest, with only my belongings reminding me it was still mine. That is an exceptional level of service for this type of property. A huge thank you to the administrators, housekeeping team, and the owners! You made my stay truly memorable. I will happily recommend this place to my friends, colleagues, and anyone looking for accommodation in Almaty.

This hotel is designed mainly for rest rather than working or socialising. It is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by private houses. The hotel"s common area is very small, and the rooms don't have a proper desk or workspace, so it is not a best choice if you plan to work from the hotel or spend time meeting other travellers inside. The main area for improvement is the sound insulation. The neighbourhood itself is quiet, but voices from neighbouring rooms can be heard.

Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отели ,приветливый персонал ,вежливый ,всегда готов решить любой вопрос ,чистые номера

Все необходимое есть в номере. Расположение выбрала близкое к моему целевому месту. Рядом расположены Coffee Boom, места где погулять и повеселиться.

В 103 комнате гудят стены😅 Я так поняла, что там проходят трубы отопления. Нас поселили в эту комнату, но по просьбе, из-за непереносимости гудения, сразу переселили в тихий номер. Думаю, что этот номер хорошо подойдет людям с шумом в ушах 😁
