Everything was wonderful; the location is excellent, situated very close to the beach, terraces, and shops. Very clean, spacious, with terraces and friendly hosts.

I was satisfied. I will return if I take another vacation in Larnaca.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely recommend it to others. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-prepared. The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the small touches, like fresh linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and clear instructions for everything in the home.The location was also a big plus—convenient and close to everything I needed, while still being quiet enough to relax. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Really nice place with 3 terraces, 2 bedrooms, and a spacious living room with a kitchen. The apartment is bright, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The location is excellent, and the views from the terraces are absolutely beautiful. It was very convenient for our stay, and having 2 bathrooms was especially useful. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed everything and would definitely stay here again.

We were a couple with a toddler and this is our honest review of the place: Communication with the host was amazing - all details for check in were clearly shared in advance and all our questions were answered fast. The guide they made for guests is very helpful. Location of the apartment - shops, cafes, beach are all within a few minutes walk. Since the building is located at the end of an alley, it faces the back of a private parking from the neighbouring street and we used this as a shortcut to Ermou which was our main hub for shopping, eating, coffee breaks etc. Closest supermarket is just around the corner, as well as an indoor market hall where you can buy souvenirs, fruits and veggies. Very quiet in the evening so you can get a good night sleep - the beds are comfy and the blankets provided are warm enough so you don't need to use AC at all at night. The apartment is very spacious - our daughter had enough space to run around and we all enjoyed our afternoon breaks in the big balcony decorated with lights and plants - very cozy! The apartment is very well-equipped - having a washing machine was great because we packed light, and we had all the utensils and dishes we needed for our stay. Another bonus is that each room has a separate AC so they can be heated in the winter very efficiently.

The main thing that needs immediate improvement is the humidity in the double bedroom - there were mold patches across the wall behind the curtain, and in the corner next to the nightstand. Luckily, I inspected the room upon our arrival and we had another bedroom where our daughter could sleep. Maybe this is just a winter issue - but still the room could benefit from interior insulation. If we only had ne bedroom or were staying for longer - this would have been an issue. Another thing that needs update is the kitchen sink - bad smell was coming from it that does not spread across the room but you can smell it when standing directly there.
