Well located. Near to beach 2-3 min. Near to restaurants - 30 m away. A small shop at the corner and a coffe shop around the corner (PAUL COFFEE ROASTERY) .
The apartment consists of two floors. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room. On the second floor, there is a bathroom and three bedrooms with double beds, plus a fourth bedroom with three bunk beds.
We should get some coat hangers and possibly replace the cabinet doors.
Everything else seems ok to me.
