Krasas Beach

First booked here ten years ago, and the quality of staying has been consistent. The best location in the city for the beach and city centre, great facilities, spacious rooms.

Great location right by the main beach, with a beautiful view of the sea and sunrise. Located in the city center, with a market, mosque, and plenty of restaurants and cafes just around the corner. Very comfortable for 3 people (one large bed and a daybed/sofa bed in the living room). Equipped with all the necessary amenities. On the second-to-last floor, so the street noise from the promenade wasn't an issue at all. Elevator in the building! Highly recommended.

The property requires a €100 security deposit. The only accepted payment methods are Revolut or providing credit card details. Refunded smoothly 7 days after the stay.

The location was excellent, our host very helpful and the property had the added bonus of a security car park at the rear of the property. The apartment gives more space to open and store suitcases than the average hotel room.

Location: Excellent and very convenient. Cleanliness: The apartment was exceptionally clean. Amenities: Well-equipped kitchen with everything needed.

Air Conditioning: Some AC units are old, noisy, and smell of mold. Host Attitude (The biggest downside): Appalling behavior from the host, completely unacceptable in hospitality. Throughout our stay, we felt micro-managed and constantly monitored. The host tracked when the AC was on, at what temperature, whether windows were closed, and even when we were in the hallway. It creates a terrible, uncomfortable atmosphere. Deposit & Payment Conditions: Be aware that despite booking through Booking.com, we were required to pay a security deposit directly via credit card outside the platform, leaving the transaction unmonitored by Booking. Given the owner’s hostile demeanor, it feels as though any trivial issue could be used as an excuse to withhold the deposit.
