Larnaca Bay Suites

Location is amazing and near to everything. Pretty clean but check-in was complicated.

I loved the apartment's location, cleanliness, and that it was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, as the signal was weak and the internet connection was quite slow.

I would not recommend staying at Larnaca Bay Suites. The only positive thing about this property is its location in the city center, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, we experienced several problems during our stay. We booked two rooms. In one of the rooms, the electricity went out. Although the issue was repaired within about an hour, maintenance work continued throughout the day. After the repair, one of the electrical outlets still didn’t work, so we could only charge one phone at a time, which was very inconvenient. On another day, the elevator was out of order, and we had to carry all of our luggage up and down the stairs ourselves. In our second room, there was no hot water, making it impossible to take a proper shower. Housekeeping was also disappointing. I believe the rooms should be cleaned every day, not just once a week. In addition, one of our rooms did not have the blue beach towels. When we asked for them, we were told there was no reception available to help us, and we had to look for a housekeeping staff member ourselves. Overall, our experience was disappointing because of the repeated maintenance issues and the lack of customer service. The central location is the only reason I can give this property any positive feedback, but I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone

The room wasn't very clean; the bed was uncomfortable; there was no table as shown in the pictures; no soundproof windows/ doors; the elevator was broken and we had to use the stairs to the 3rd floor
