About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the 5th floor of the Sunorama Beach Gardens building, with a balcony overlooking the sea. It has been recently refurbished and furnished tastefully in contemporary style. It has an open plan layout with a fully equipped modern kitchen at the inner end of the room, a dinning area in the middle and the sitting room leading to the balcony. The ambiance is fresh and relaxing. There are two bedrooms that accommodate comfortably 4 people (1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom). The bathroom is also new and modern. For your comfort all rooms are air conditioned.
The location of the apartment is its biggest advantage. It is a city apartment yet on the waterfront, giving the opportunity for beach holidays as well as business trips, airport transits etc.

This was our 2nd time at the apartment, it’s ideally situated on the beach front, the check in process was easy, the hosts answer email communications in a timely manner and the apartment is clean and well furnished, we enjoyed our stay and will return next year 😀

If you're looking to spend your days on a beach eating fast food and drinking in pubs and discos at night this is a great place for you. The location is great - right across from the beach and right in the center of restaurants, bars and pubs. It's sparse and a little small but that shouldn't matter much to you. But being in the center of things is not exactly quiet and the disco thunders Friday and Saturday nights til 4:00am. So it depends on what you're looking for. And, they need to hire a much better cleaning service.

Stayed here with my two young children for two weeks in July and August. I had previously stayed here two years before and you cannot have a better location for the beach.
The apartment is modern, clean, spacious and secure.
Beautiful views over the beach.
George, as always, is an excellent host and fantastic communication.

We stayed for 11 nights in this apartment, we were really pleased with it, it was perfect. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. The location was great too.....on the promenade close to all amenities. Our host George was very good and responded quickly to any questions.....and the welcome fruit was a nice surprise. We will return as we spend most holidays in Cyprus and we found this apartment perfect.
