Very large, well stocked and well kept apartment. Very close to the beach and Larnaca boardwalk. Very responsive and helpful owners.
The elevator was broken for a few days which was challenging, the owner helped as necessary. Older building but well taken care of.

The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the self check-in process was very easy.
The apartment could use some maintenance. We noticed a few issues, such as small holes in the bathroom where cockroaches appeared, a broken bathroom window, and the building and elevator felt quite old.
