Very clean, recently renovated, modern, nice views, fully equipped, good and quiet location

Cleanness

It is true that the apartment is 1 KM from the beach. However, it has a great pool with a view and most tourists take rent cars. The beach is 5 minutes away by car. There is a short cut, a small side road from Pindou Stree to Tomb of the Kings Road. If you want to stay on the beach, then expect to pay a lot more. The apartment was spacious, with kitchen, washing machine, etc. This will save you money while on holiday. The building is quite and tidy. It is suitable for a longer term stay. There is a very secure gate into the complex. The hosts were very accomodating.

The only issue is with gate. The tag for the gate is in the grey box at the bottom of the boxes on the car park gate. To get out, you need to press the exit button twice. But these are minor problems.

We stayed for one night , a couple with two young children. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The place feels very safe inside a gated complex and has a large swimming pool. The house is extremely clean and feels brand new.
