Welcoming owner, who met and greeted us upon arrival on our requested time slot. Upon arrival, we found some goodies waiting for us in the apartment in order to help us settle (bread, eggs, butter, fruits, etc). Strong and stable wifi, clean and neat spaces, secured access to the complex with automatic gates. Fairly good maintained accommodation. Definitely recommended. Bedding (sheet) were of good quality compared to the last time we visited (well done for that!). Pillows and mattresses need some upgrading though. Bathroom was renovated and both toilets upgraded to new ones. Very impressive and good value for money. Air-conditioning in all rooms worked great! Thank you for taking the guests' feedback into consideration!

Some details which need improvement have been communicated directly to the owner for consideration. Generally, no negative feedback for our visit, only points for consideration - room for improvement always exists! Well done for keeping it as such high standard.

10 is when a place/hosting fulfills all your expectations... What do you rank a hosting experience that exceeded the expectations you didn't even know were possible?! Close to everything, convenient, quiet, clean, well equipped, nicest host...felt better than home. Everything was perfect, and then some. I can't recommend this place and host enough.
