Very Clean , kitchen and bathroom are very good. - There is a Conad supermarket nearby ( almost 200-300 meters) - If you like walking , you can walk to Bologne center , nearly 30 minutes in regular steps. There are some interesting restaurants and patisseries on the way. Otherwise you can take bus. - I could find a free parking for my car in front of the building.
- On Arriving having keys was not very practical.

Prišli sme večer o 21:00, napriek tomu sme našli voľné miesto na parkovanie priamo pred domom. Lokalita bola tichá a príjemná. V blízkosti je supermarket. Apartmán bol priestranný a čistý. Má dva balkóny. Kuchyňa bola dobre vybavená, nič nám nechýbalo. Vidno, že majiteľ si potrpí na detaily, to naozaj hodnotím veľmi vysoko. Postele boli pohodlné. V každej izbe bola klimatizácia. TV funkčný.
Je nutné volať majiteľa, keď stojíte pred domom, aby diaľkovo otvoril bránu. Toto by mohlo byť riešené ináč. Vstupné dvere do apartmánu pôsobia trochu zvláštne - trochu ako do nedobytnej pevnosti. Najviac nás zaskočilo, že majiteľ chcel od nás dodatočne zaplatiť mestskú dan z ubytovania. V Boloni je viacero sadzieb tejto dane a on neoprávnene žiadal tú najvyššiu. Pozor na to!

Дуже сподобався якісний ремонт, чисто, все нове, є все необхідне для проживання. Але єдине що ще хотілося б добавити, це пральну машину. А так апартаменти супер
В цих апартаментах все супер. Найголовніше що тихе місце і зелено.
