* I do not recommend staying at this accommodation at the beginning of winter or when it is cold, because the heating does not work. * Even though I reported this issue, we stayed and literally froze for three nights while temperatures outside were around 0°C. * The heating did not work at all during the night, and even at 9–10 in the morning when we left the apartment, the heating still hadn’t been turned on. * Considering that we paid for the accommodation, we expected to receive proper services and not freeze from the cold. * There was no space heater, no AC with a heating function, and not even thicker blankets. * We were a group of 6 people, we all stayed there freezing, and all of us ended up getting sick. * The duvets on the beds were very thin.

Großes Appartment mit guter Lage und Busanbindung ins Zentrum von Bologna

Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung ist wirklich mangelhaft. Teller, Besteck, Gläser sind nicht vollständig und wirklich abgelebt. Für 4 Personen geht es gerade noch so. Allerdings muss dann direkt gespült werden, da das Geschirr sonst nicht mehr ausreichend ist. Kochgeschirr und Messer sind absolut mangelhaft. Der Geschirrspüler ist mehr oder minder defekt. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung schon den Zenit überschritten und ist abgelebt. Die Türen zu den Zimmer schließen nicht richtig, da die Türzargen nicht mehr in der Wand halten. Die letzte Renovierung ist sicher weit über 10 Jahre her. Die Bilder täuschen hier ein Stück weit! Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Im Sommer wird es also sehr heiß in der Wohnung! Der Kontakt mit Wonderful Italy ist auch gewöhnungsbedürftig und eher von der langsamen Seite. Also bei Fragen ordentlich Zeit einplanen. Preis-Leistung ist vielleicht gerade noch okay, aber mehr auch nicht.
