Extremely unsanitary and aggressive behavior from the host – A terrible experience
I strongly advise against booking this property. When we arrived, we immediately noticed an overpowering foul smell throughout the apartment, which seemed to come from poor ventilation, mold, and possibly the bathroom pipes. The bathroom itself was extremely unhygienic — with visible dirt, mildew, and unpleasant odors. The kitchen was greasy and not properly cleaned, and the overall atmosphere of the apartment felt neglected and unfit for accommodation. We contacted the host to explain our concerns and request a refund for the nights we decided not to stay. Instead of responding in a professional or empathetic manner, the host sent us messages that came across as intimidating and threatening, almost like blackmail. They insisted on their cancellation policy and ignored the severity of the situation, refusing to acknowledge any fault on their part. We ended up leaving the apartment after the first night due to how uncomfortable and unsafe it felt. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue through Booking.com and even consumer protection services, the host has refused to cooperate and continues to ignore us. This is not just about cleanliness — it’s about safety, respect, and decency. No guest should have to go through such an experience. I hope this review helps future guests avoid the same mistake we made.

Appartamento pulito, molto spazioso, con due bagni, lo abbiamo condiviso con una famiglia di amici, senza alcun problema, nonostante fossimo in sette, parcheggio vicino al condominio in strada, 15 minuti da Bologna con servizio bus, fronte casa, persone cordiali gestiscono l'appartamento.
