Was in a great area, had everything we needed and was super nice!

The location was central , a lot of shops around and not far from the heart of Bali . The "deluxe" villa wasnt the one we asked for but villa was ok . The beds and room were very confortable even tho there was not much equipment

We got "upgraded" to another villa than the one we booked because apparently this last one had a problem. The villa we had was a little bit disappointed at first. We got welcomed by a guy who wasnt really happy to be here and show us the villa . We had a lot of rubbish bags in front of the house, that havent been cleaned the whole week we were there. The equipments were really deceiving , we had nothing to hang towels in the bathroom , no gas for the cooktop, any water inside the drinking fountain. No rubbish bags or bins inside the house . Which leads to a mess inside it after couple days. We were told that they didnt provide any of the shampoo/shower gel before the guy finally came in with already used commodities. The sink was broken and dripping under it. The house was ok but service was really poor for the price we paid. We had a half week clean that was really well performed by the team tho I dropped a message to the owner before we left and never had any reply back. Thats only our experience, it could be different for someone else . But we wont deal with those people anymore. After few trips in Bali, that was our worst experience.
