Anjou - Twin Villa in Berawa Canggu

La villa nos pareció increíble, con una arquitectura serena y confortable. Muy relajante. Destacar la amabilidad del personal que nos atendió y la facilidad de contactar. Estuvimos muy cómodos en todo momento.

We were the first group to stay at the property, and unfortunately there were a few maintenance issues that meant we had to leave early. We could however see the potential of the property and made sure to tell the manager about the maintenance issues in the hope that they could be resolved. For those wanting to go to Finn’s Beach Club, the location is perfect. Given the ability to combine this villa with the one next door, I think this place will be awesome for a group of friends, opening up the gate between the two villas means 8 bedrooms are available. Dealing with the property manager and property management company regarding leaving early and getting a refund was straight forward and much easier than I had expected, so I do appreciate that.

Unlike all other villas I have stayed at, this place didn’t seem to have a way to turn off the pool, and due to how it had been set up, it was incredibly noisy until after 11pm (the water drainage system needed some sort of noise muffling). While the lounge room door appeared to be sound proofed, for some reason the downstairs bedrooms weren’t, so it was quite noisy - I wouldn’t recommend for people who require reasonably quiet environments for sleeping unless they have been able to resolve this. The water stunk in one of the upstairs bedrooms (bathroom and bedroom needed to be aired out), and in the other upstairs bedroom there appeared to be a few plumbing issues, which meant consistent dripping overnight keeping the occupant awake. It also seems like that room had a very thin door, so road traffic was also quite noisy - while it’s not a busy street, there was a speed bump right outside the villa which meant vehicles were noisier than expected.
