La ubicacion. Una zona hermosa y cerca de la playa. Si biien esta lejos del centro se puede llegar caminando en 15 a 20 minuyos. Muy cerca de la estacoon de tren
La ropa fe cama y toallas podrian estar mejor. Mo funcionaba el lavarropa

The apartment was as expected and I was handed the keys in-person. The communication with the host was easy. The apartment was specious and clean. I liked the location very much as it was close to the venue of the project meeting I was attending. The laundry machine and air conditioning worked great. There is about 30 min walk to the city center, but I liked it. There are plenty of grocery stores around with lovely place to eat and one lovely Italian ice cream parlor. :)
This is not an actual problem, but it can be a bit overwhelming with a very loud parakeet singing in the morning. :D Sadly I am a light sleeper, however I am aware that the host cannot affect this. I only wish the host had coffee capsules with caffein at the time of my stay as I was there for work. The caffes open rather late in the morning so I couldn't grab a coffee on the way.

The apartment is located quite nice to connect to all places.
The sea view was not as expected.
Bed was quite small.
Less crockery in kitchen
Parking was expensive and difficult to reach
