The accommodation is beautifully furnished and has almost everything you need, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, and other appliances. The only downside is that air conditioning costs an extra €5 per day, which you only find out after making the reservation. Other than that, it’s very close to the beach, which is a big plus. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The smell. The entire apartment has a very strong sewage smell. After a while, we realized that it was coming from the bathroom. If you leave the bathroom window open and keep the door closed, it’s manageable, but you can still smell it. If you forget to open the window and close the door, though, the smell becomes unbearable. There must be an issue with the plumbing or something similar, which is a real shame because otherwise the apartment is beautiful. The only other minor issue is that the mattress in the bedroom is extremely soft. Whenever one person moves, the other immediately feels it, so you can easily wake each other up during the night. The apartment is also located on the less attractive side of Málaga, so the surrounding area isn’t particularly nice. It takes around 30 minutes on foot to reach the city center and the nicer part of Málaga.

Very attentive host. Super smooth self checkin. Very good wifi connection and TV. Really calm place with little noise and good windows and insulation. Great comfort for a whole week stay, lovely balcony. Easy to reach any place from here. Nice bed and warm covers in winter.

For the price paid there were small details that can be improved: adding some bowls to the kitchen utensils, deeper cleaning, providing handsoap and detergent for dishwashing (there was a diluted little bit left)... I reported smell from some pipes or central tubes but owner said it is not an apartment problem... It is clearly something they know about because there were many deodorants in place - thanks.
