La ubicación, altura del apartamento, la limpieza
El cazo de porcelana viejo y cascado. colchones uno ya necesita cambio, falta un hierve aguas y una sartén moderna de acero inoxidable, las de teflón o antiadherentes no son buenas para la salud. Con todo esto no digo el apartamento este mal, nosotros lo hemos disfrutado mucho, esto se entienda son sugerencias para sea de 10.
Subsanando esto le daría un 10

Lage gut, Schlafzimmer mit Klima, Wohnzimmer mit Klima, Küche gut, Aufzug.
Warmwasser reicht nur für eine warme Dusche, da kleiner 50l Warmwasserboiler verwendet wird. Zweite Person hat dann kaltes Wasser. Bei einem Appartment für mehrere Personen ist nicht so optimal.
Das Appartment hat keine 70m2, wie in der Anzeige, sondern ca. nur 50m2.
Fenster sind undicht, daher wird es auch im Winter nicht warm in der Wohnung. Prinzipielles Problem in Spanien im Winter.
Betten etwas weich.

Appartement spacieux et bien agencé, à proximité du centre et des principales attractions, très confortable et agréable.
Il manquait le nécessaire “de survie” à mon arrivée : pas de sel, de café, d’huile ou autres
