Parking incluido a 300 m de Gran Vía de Colón

Perfect location, close to city centre, lot of restaurants and cafes near by. Free parking provided in close distance from the apartment in public underground parking garage. We didn't meet our host in person, but we communicated through messages. He was so helpful and kind and we were able to enter in apartment before official check-in time.

The location was fantastic — right in the heart of Granada and close to everything, which made our stay very convenient. The fact that parking was included was a huge bonus (especially in Spain where it’s hard to find free parking), and it gave us peace of mind. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped: we appreciated the washing machine, coffee machine with coffee/tea/cocoa ready, the bath, and the availability of heaters which were very welcome during a cooler period.

Although the listing indicated there was a lift, in fact we had to carry our baby stroller up some stairs before reaching the elevator, which was quite inconvenient and not what we expected when specifically looking for an accessible elevator. Some parts of the apartment were quite dated. The water heater tank turned out to be very small, so while the bath was nice, in practice it was better to take a quick shower rather than a long soak. Also, as it rained a little during our stay, a drying rack inside would have been a helpful addition. Finally, despite the heaters the apartment felt quite cold until they had been on for a while.

Leuke locatie, centrum loopafstand. Voor gezinnen met kinderen minder aantrekkelijk door dat de auto paar min lopen is. Maar voor stellen is het makkelijk te doen. Voor de rest netjes en schoon appartement

Mobile airco werkt minder goed. En ondergrondse parkeerplaats is paar min lopen van het appartement vooral met kleine kinderen wat lastig. Met ingebouwde airconditioning zou het appartement een 9 zijn. Aangezien granada heet kan zijn in de zomermaanden.
