Abbiamo perso ore per trovare le chiavi inquanto quel giorno c'era una manifestazione sulla strada Gran Via e il gestore non rispondeva al telefono. Le chiavi erano nascoste in un vicolo ma non assolutamente visibile. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare i bambini nella macchina a distanza cercando invano le chiavi. Alle ore 19.00 di sera stavamo per cercare un altro alloggio (problematico viaggiando in sei e avendo già pagato una somma non proprio bassa per questo). Dopo due ore e mezza alla fine il gestore ci ha risposto guidandoci in videochiamata. Bastava mandare delle foto.
