La ubicación, la limpieza, la comodidad de las habitaciones y las camas (aunque la de matrimonio es de 1,35m) la posibilidad de ir a todas partes andando y la tranquilidad de la zona.

El desagüe de la ducha se atasca enseguida y provoca que se haga una piscina mientras te duchas. Además, esto hace que el agua se salga un poco por el lateral.

La ubicación perfecta porque el apartamento está situado en pleno centro, cerca de la Gran Vía de Colón. Todo está completamente nuevo y dotado de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. El check-in fue rápido, pudimos recoger las llaves sin problemas. En la cocina había tostadora, cafetera Nespresso, infusiones, sal, azúcar, productos de limpieza, pastillas para el lavavajillas, además bien equipada de menaje. Un plus el aire acondicionado, nos vino de lujo por el calor que ha hecho durante la estancia. Limpieza, ubicación y servicios un 10, muy recomendable.

A pesar de ser un apartamento reformado y todo nuevo, ya leí en las reseñas antes de ir, que el plato de ducha estaba atascado, y de hecho sigue así, con lo cual el agua se sale y estaba el marco de la puerta y la pared con humedad y estropeados, una pena. Sólo nos dejaron dos toallas de baño muy pequeñas, no había de tocador , quizá alguna toalla más vendría fenomenal. Y por último la cafetera Nespresso que hay no funciona bien y estropea las cápsulas. Tampoco servilletas de papel o rollo de cocina que acabamos comprando. Pero son pequeños inconvenientes sin importancia, en general puedo decir que todo perfecto

This is an apartment that is very well located in many ways: first of all, it is close to the city centre and, secondly, it is remarkably quiet. It is very clean, nicely decorated and with a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom is spacious with good cupboards and a comfortable bed, and very quiet. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. Its location is close to the city centre: there aren't that many shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but everything is in walking distance. It was a real pleasure to come back to the apartment in the evening, it felt like home very quickly. The apartment has a small balcony with seats, very nicely done.

Unfortunately, there are also some minor points. The contact with the owners was only online and all in Spanish. Normally you would meet someone, but this time this was not the case at all. There was no information about wifi connections, I had to ask for it (and it was given to me quickly), but in the end the wifi did not work well in the living room and not at all in the bedroom. In other apartments I have stayed, there would be some information about local supermarkets, advice for restaurants, etc. - nothing like that here. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The drainage of the shower was almost blocked; it is not so nice having to clean that up because hair of previous visitors kept floating out. I also asked for an invoice from the owners several times and never received it, which has created a problem for me. It seems to me these issues are easy to fix; if that would happen, I would give the highest mark, because otherwise the apartment is really nice.
