Bright first-floor flat with lift access, recently restored and featuring a typically Granadan patio that is officially listed for its historic and artistic value. The property sits in the heart of the city, next to San Juan de Dios.

The house has three double bedrooms, a sitting room, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and laundry area. The decor blends classic touches with contemporary design, and you can relax in the patio with its charming fountain.

This is a peaceful family home with no noisy neighbours. All rooms have large balconies overlooking either the street or the traditional Andalusian patio. You are just a five-minute walk from the cathedral, Plaza Bib-Rambla and the town hall, and close to bus, taxi, tourist train and metro stops.

We love welcoming guests and want you to feel at home. We’re happy to provide local information and specialised cultural routes.

Practical extras: you won’t need to bring gel, shampoo, a hairdryer or an iron — we provide them. You’ll find pillows of different firmness and extra blankets for the cold, plus central heating and hot water. There is also a reverse-cycle heat pump in the sitting room. Help yourself to coffee or infusions on arrival.
