Lighting - - Just bright ceiling lights no soft lighting to relax
Lack of furniture in the bedrooms - no bedside tables or lights
Towels: Just two left for 4 of us staying at the property. There was no tea towels for drying in the kitchen
Kitchen - a dirty rag was left on the kitchen counter top, glasses weren't cleaned properly, not enough glasses just one tumbler each.
Electics - Faulty socket in one of the bedrooms which sparked when my son plugged his phone in and all the sockets stopped working.

Everything. It was grubby, no working tv or internet. Very very basic. Curtains hanging off the rail stains on carpets! Very over priced!

One resident does have a camera that speaks when motion is detected, though you quickly acclimatise to that

We booked last minute. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We had a problem when we couldn’t find the TV remote. He was quick to come to us and apologised and got us the remote. The facilities were very clean and the rooms were warm and cosy.

Functional for a one night stay and the host was very helpful. Has off-road parking behind a locked gate which was quite pleasant.
It was incredibly bare. The remote control was missing and there was only a small amount of toilet paper.

Once we had codes for secure parking and getting into apartment, all good. Taking into account this was new accommodation on Booking.com, little more is needed. It was fine for us, somewhere to sleep after attending the cricket, and away first thing in morning again.
For someone staying longer needs more items in kitchen, and tea bags.
Beds comfortable, and could do with some pictures, etc on walls to give a bit more ambience, maybe cricket related to the area, as it was ideal for 1 night stay for this.
Would possibly stay again in future.
Send codes on ahead for gate and apartment, so you haven't got to be sorting that after driving 5 hours

The host was very welcoming and friendly. The location was idea for where we needed to be. Bedrooms were comfortable just need a little updating. Like the idea of being on the ground floor and also parking facilities. The kitchen was very clean and washing up facilities provided. There was also showergel and shampoo provided in the main bathroom.
The small toilet was a little shabby as it required some work doing around the sink area. There was very little toilet roll in both of the toilets, therefore we were without.

We were told to wait at the gate for 10 minutes when we arrived for someone to let us in as we weren’t sent instructions. That seemed like a long time but after 10 minutes the manager still hadn’t arrived. When we called in we were told he was eating a meal. When we said we were sat on the floor outside the gate as there was nowhere else to sit we were eventually given the code as the manager gave us live directions on the phone to our room. We arrived into a dirty flat with no bedding. We were then told that wasn’t the right flat and sent to another flat which also wasn’t prepared. Eventually we were sent to a flat upstairs that was cleaner but still dirty, without hot water and broken lights as well as no bin. When we tried to call the manger to ask about the hot water they never answered or called back.
