Beautiful apartment, great owner, parking spot included, perfect for a family of 4!

What a beautiful and wonderful apartment in Santa Margherita! Not only was it perfect for a family of 4 but the interior design & layout was topnotch. 5 stars all around, especially for communication with the owner and such easy access to enter. The furniture and interior touches all felt brand new. So modern but comfortable to live in at the same time. Beds were very comfortable and gave us all a much needed good night of sleep. The balcony was a plus as well as having an elevator. Location was. Great too as well as having a parking spot was amazing. Don’t think twice just book if you are headed to visit Santa Margherita / Portofino. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Italy. Thank you again Marco for making our visit so smooth and perfect!

Excellent

Spacious apartment with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. It's around 10 mins walking distance to the beach/center but it was fine for us. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby, so the location was perfect. The host was responsive and making sure you have a great stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

You could hear the noise from the apartment next to ours, but it was on the side of the living room. During the night everything was calm and no noises disturbing while we were asleep.

A beautiful place in a very nice seaside resort.

Prefect condition and clean. Comfortable beds.

Not in the “center” so a bit of walking to the center, the shops and the seafront. But some great restaurants in the area and a well appointed convenience store.

Very relaxing stay in a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location.

Beautifully decorated apartment - we were only the second guests so everything is like new! It has been finished to a very high standard and is well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and there are even different types of pillows to choose from. The bathroom is like a very good hotel bathroom and again, everything has been finished to a high standard. The apartment is in a quiet location just a short walk to the centre and the beach. There is a supermarket very nearby and great shops and restaurants. Marco the host was great, very easy to deal with and very quick to respond to messages. We highly recommend a stay in this property.

Appartamento curato e ben arredato. Riscaldamento ottimo e posizione tranquilla. Ben equipaggiata, spaziosa e luminosa.

Un po' distante dal centro. Deve aver ospitato gatti, forte presenza di peli sul divani, io essendo un soggetto molto allergico ho patito molto. Conviene avvisare che ci potrebbe essere questo inconveniente.

Όμορφο, άνετο, καθαρό διαμέρισμα.

Ένα όμορφο διαμέρισμα στην Σάντα Μαργκερίτα. Μείναμε μόνο για ένα βράδυ στην διαδρομή μας στην Ιταλική Ριβιέρα. Ηταν πολύ καθαρό και άνετο. Είναι ανακαινισμένο με πολύ όμορφη αισθητική. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής. Βρήκαμε πολύ εύκολα να παρκάρουμε κάτω από την πολυκατοικία και χρησιμοποιήσαμε μια κάρτα κατοίκου που μας διέθεσε ο οικοδεσπότης που ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και είχαμε τέλεια επικοινωνία.

ΟΛΑ ήταν τέλεια.

Bellissimo.

La struttura è nuova. Bellissima. L’arredo incontra il mio gusto. Mi è piaciuta molto. A circa un chilometro dal centro in una zona tranquilla e comoda ai servizi ( ci sono ristoranti, supermercati). Abbiamo parcheggiato nello spazio condominiale. Una gran comodità per il bagagli. Consiglio!

Апартамента е голям,модерно обзаведен,чистота 10+,много удобни легла и възглавници ,тераси 2бр,асансьор,опция за безплатен паркинг,ако не е налична има друг паркинг в близост,определено препоръчвам това място,бихме го посетили отново и не на последно място е отношението на собственика Марко,много коректно,любезно ,уважително и мило ,много добра комуникация .🙂

Ако сте без автомобил може да ви се стори малко далеч от плажа,но за нас беше перфектно.

Un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, in una casa accogliente e con un host davvero attento.

La casa si è presentata molto pulita, ben curata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è comoda per visitare i dintorni e l’host è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni esigenza.

Nulla di particolare, l’esperienza è stata molto positiva ben oltre le aspettative.
