Very nice!

The Air conditioning did not work in the main bedroom. And we needed some utencils, there were for example just two spoons which was not enough for us. We also would have needed more toilet paper and derergent for the washing machine.

Location and space

The apartment hasn't been cleaned and was disgusting in the bathroom. Shower blocked. Bed not made. Aire conditioning not working in one room. Toilet water running continuously. Dirty bath towel!!!

Great location + spacious. But the quality of the hygiene and facilities does not justify price.

Bathrooms were not cleaned properly before our arrival. Given that the cleaning fee we were charged for the apartment is EUR 120 (a very large amount) we were expecting much cleaner bathrooms and floors. The electricity switched off once during our stay. I had to call the helpline twice before someone could properly assist me. The first agent did not return my call for follow up. The second agent I spoke with, Nina, was excellent though.

For two nights stay it is perfect, for a week and proper dinner table would be nice.

Unfair - deludente

L’annuncio era per 3 BR for 6, che significa ‘3 camere da letto per 6 ospiti’. La casa ospita 5 persone. La terza camera da letto aveva un letto ad una piazza e mezza. Impossibile dormire in 6. Il divano del soggiorno non e’ un divano letto. Dopo aver pagato e preso i tuoi soldi, ti mandano un contratto in lingua inglese con tantissime penali. Credo di poter sostenere che si tratti di una pratica commerciale scorretta. Mi hanno mandato un link per io deposito bagagli che e’ pero’ alla stazione di rapallo, un paese diverso. Il terrazzo e’ un balcone dove entra uno stendibiancheria ed essendoci il motore dell’aria condizionata non si puo’ usare. Mobili vecchi. La casa era sporca e ho trovato vari ragni.
