Good for 2 adults. Not for groups of friends.
The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. Has a big terrace with a very beautiful view of the bay, flowers smelling wonderfully and space to eat in the shade. The kitchen is well equipped. The air conditioning helps fight the heat accumulated during the day. The toiletries smelled really well. Several bakeries on the path between the apartment and the bay as well as a street market on Friday.
Although in theory there is place for 8 people, the only bed adequate for adults is the big bed. The others are small and too soft. The noise and temperature insulation are not very good. A light sleeper will hear the train passing and the dog downstairs barking during the night (with all windows closed). The garage is not suited for a big car (door is about 2.10 m wide) and the chaotic street parking blocks all angles for manoeuvring. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the bay and it is uphill when going home. The bus is at least 10 minutes away.
