Everything was perfect! The hosts thought of every detail required for a break away. Outside area exceeded our expectations with garden view of an apple tree and planted pots, sitting with parasol and sunloungers. The inside was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. They provided breakfast supplies, cereal, fruit, butter and jam for the morning after we arrived and biscuits and milk for tea and coffee, to help us settle after our journey there. Hosts were friendly, helpful and made us feel like we were family returning for a break. We will definitely return. We recommend at least a few days there to fully enjoy what East Barn Garden View offers, spend time in Georgeham, go to the Kings Arms and The Rock Inn. Take a walk to Putsborough, Woolacombe and Croyde and enjoy being.

The property was great, clean quiet had everything that you wanted the house. Very nice. Having breakfast in the garden was really nice. Two very nice pubs with fantastic food within a few minutes
There was no problem for us with the steps, but to be aware of the stairs going down to the flat that for some people might be hard. The offstreet parking was not easy.

Very spacious, beautiful garden, Wonderful facilities. Extra bits from Bill and Tina were lovely and they were very attentive ☺️
