Schön, aber mit Abstrichen.
Die Aussicht und das Haus an sich sind toll. Auch die Zimmer sind schön. Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfunktion, Pool, Klimaanlage, eigener Parkplatz. Busverbindungen. Nah an Monaco und Menton. Netter Gärtner, der schnell und diskret gearbeitet hat. Nette Nachbarin, mit dieser teilt man sich den Vorhof mit den Parkplätzen!
Das Haus scheint zwar innen neu renoviert, bräuchte aber dringend sowohl innen als auch im Außenbereich eine Grundreinigung. Im Pool lösen sich Fliesen und liegen auf dem Boden. Im Garten fanden sich noch Strohhalme und abgelutschte Eisstiele der Vorgänger. Glastische waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Die Ecken im Haus waren staubig. Im Garten finden sich in den Ecken alte Ziegeln, kaputte Lampen, es wirkt alles etwas vernachlässigt. Die Dusche am Pool war nicht benutzbar, es kam kein Wasser aus der Dusche. Die Dusche selbst war vollgestellt mit Wasserschläuchen und Poolreinigungsgeräten. Die Schubladen der Kleiderkommoden mussten von uns gereinigt werden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur war schwierig. Fragen wurden nicht beantwortet. Die Kaution wurde erst nach zweimaligem Nachfragen zurücküberwiesen. Die Lage ist ohne Auto schwierig, da sowohl Geschäfte, Restaurants als auch Strand schwer zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.
