Stay away and don’t waste your money !

Nothing…..The apartment is very dated and in poor condition for the rate being charged….the photos on the website are nothing like the reality….the patio is a disgrace !

You can only check-in after 5pm….so it could be cleaned, absolute joke…there was vomit under the bed ! Guessing the place never gets a proper clean….false reviews !

très bon séjour en famille, très belle vue, terrasse magnifique , appartement très fonctionnel.

très bel appartement au dernier étage avec une très grande terrasse pour y prendre ses repas et farniente. Petit coin avec canapés pour y prendre l'apéritif. Vue imprenable sur la mer. Immeuble très propre et bien situé proche des commerces. Canapé lit très confortable.

Struttura magnifica con vista eccezionale sulla baia di Roquebrune

Appartamento magnifico con una splendida vista sulla baia. La terrazza poi è semplicemente unica. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose ed arredate con gusto. Il posto auto dedicato poi è un dettaglio molto apprezzato.

Era tutto perfetto, suggerirei solo di aggiungere qualche pentola e padella di piccole dimensioni alle dotazioni della cucina.

Wir liebten die Wohnung, leider konnten wir nur für eine Nacht bleiben, gerne nochmal länger! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, sie hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten (eines davon ist wirklich etwas klein) und ein Badezimmer. Die Küche hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Parkplatz vorhanden, direkt an der Wohnung. Auto ist meines Erachtens unbedingt nötig - die Wohnung liegt weit oben am Berg, kein Supermarkt in der direkten Nähe. Unvergesslich bleibt der Ausblick - von der sehr großen Terrasse hat man Sicht auf das Meer, die Yachten und sozusagen Blickkontakt mit Monaco (nur zehn Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt). Eigentlich haben wir uns fast nur draußen aufgehalten, der Blick ist einfach unbezahlbar schön! Man kann sich wunderbar entspannen, es gibt zwei Liegen, eine gemütliche Sitzgarnitur und zum Abendessen einen großen Tisch. Der Vermieter Matthieu ist sehr nett und reagiert schnell auf Anfragen

Bon séjour dans un appartement avec une vue magnifique

Vue magnifique sur la mer, très belle terrasse bien aménagée avec du matériel d'extérieur à disposition (mais pas utilisé). L'intérieur de l'appartement est clair, moderne et récent. La cuisine est actuelle avec le nécessaire à cuisine. Le lave-linge - séchoir est très utile. Les lits sont confortables et les couettes très bien. La place de parking est un plus indéniable. Les hôtes ont été disponibles. Nous avons passé dans l'ensemble un très bon séjour.

L'appartement est idéal pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La chambre parentale dispose d'un grand lit parfait. La seconde chambre est d'appoint avec un lit trop petit pour 2 adultes (et sans véritable fenêtre). Le canapé lit est confortable mais vous dormez au milieu du salon et de la cuisine. Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'il n'y ait pas de torchons de cuisine à disposition, ni de sopalin (papier ménage) et 2 rouleaux de papier toilettes seulement. J'espère qu'il s'agit d'un oubli... Enfin, il y a une Nespresso mais il faut apporter ses capsules ce que nous avons fait (3 capsules à disposition). Vu le prix pratiqué, il pourrait y avoir un peu plus d'attention comme indiqué ci-dessus. Une ou deux bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo seraient également un plus. Les désagréments cités seraient acceptables si le prix de la location était plus bas. Sinon le prix est conforme à la région. Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait.

Lazurowe Wybrzeże na wyciągnięcie ręki

Mieszkanie zlokalizowane na końcu ulicy, w cichym miejscu. Przyjazne sąsiedztwo, na piętrze było jeszcze jedno mieszkanie. Wrażenie robią przeszklenia oraz oczywiście olbrzymi taras. Warto kilka słów więcej powiedzieć na temat lokalizacji. Tuż za domem są schody, którymi można zejść na plażę, ale i podejść wyżej, by spacerkiem dotrzeć na stare miasto. I tu, i tu warto się wybrać, choć trzeba pamiętać, że trochę tych schodów jest. Ale warto. Niedaleko, w sumie droga ta sama, co na plażę, jest też dworzec kolejowy. W szybki sposób można dzięki temu odwiedzić Monako czy Niceę. To doskonała baza wypadowa, by zwiedzać Lazurowe Wybrzeże, ale i żeby zrobić sobie wolny dzień na opływającym słońcem tarasie. Trzeba też dodać, że miejsce parkingowe, jak na tamtejsze lokalizacje, jest niezwykle komfortowe. Szerokie, na płaskim, w bezpiecznym miejscu, za szlabanem, więc nikt nie zaparkuje na tymże miejscu. Samo mieszkanie jest wyposażone bardzo dobrze. Są też elektryczne grzejniki (sypialnie oraz łazienka), bo jednak wieczorami, na przełomie stycznia i lutego, robiło się chłodniej. Dodatkowo jest też klimatyzacja. Naprawdę był to kapitalny wybór, a i kontakt z Matthieu był wzorcowy.
