Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst. Die Lage ist gut und der Ausblick schön.
Gut ist, dass es eine Garage hat, denn draußen kann man nicht wirklich parken.
Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (defekte Stühle auf den Balkon) und es gibt für die heiße Zeit keine Klimaanlage. Die Lüfter im Haus sind leider auch nicht mehr so fit.
Die Garage ist aber eher etwas für Mittelklasse Fahrzeuge und erfordert Geschick. (Audi A4/C-Klasse etc. Darüber muss man es wirklich können und sehr schlank sein!)

Une magnifique vue sur Monaco
Nous avons réservé pour cinq personnes, il y avait pas assez de chaises et de couverts pour manger il y avait 4 fourchettes, 3 couteau, 3 petites cuillères et il y avait pas de micro-ondes non plus…..

No air con only portable machines - but they worked and were ok

Property was ok but so many problems, the scritture was whit the pool but no key was found for entry in the pool area. The oven wasn’t fix and at list dangerous and not safe. Internet was go on end off all the time
The property was ok but the pool and kitchen was unsafe
