About this house rental

Large, very pleasant house with a huge terrace and a breathtaking view of the sea. Ideally located 2 steps from the old village (access on foot via the mule track), near Monaco, Menton, Nice and Sanremo (Italy). Comfortably equipped with very spacious rooms which are elegantly decorated. The villa is very large, there are 3 levels, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with a bath and shower. There are 2 lounges, one with a pool table. The pool is heated which allows you to enjoy the beautiful days out of season. Near the swimming pool, a kitchen, a shower and an outside toilet, a ping pong table.

We had amazing stay in this fabulous villa. We absolutely loved the architecture of the property, the stunning interior, the beautiful pool and the views of the sea were breathtaking! It was the perfect villa for 2 families with ample space for everyone and with both a pool and ping pong table our 5 teenage children were kept busy for hours! The location too was perfect, peaceful but within walking distance of the beautiful village of Roquebrune and just a short drive to the coast and stunning Cap Martin. We would definitely love to return one day!

The house is great lot of space nice view and very quiet neighborhood close to old castle and Monaco Eze….House and pool need maintenance Tiles are missing in the pool Crack inside and outside the house Also no AC in the downstairs bedroom When we stayed there the temperature was crazy hot outside..:The host react quickly by delivering fan

Great stay, good location, nice big house and great swimming pool. Fantastic for large family. Drive in a bit marly, but you get use to it. The family had a great time, and Chantal was great, ask her to tell you the restaurant in Menton! We had dinner at Grotte& L’Oliver and it was a great night

First the good...The view from this villa is amazing!!! Lovely infinity pool. Large kitchen and seating areas. The bad... Were to start well the communication wasn't great, although Chantal did her best but the language barrier delayed checkin alot. After checkin we unpacked and had our first night. The bedrooms need a deep clean of the bedding has we all got bitten badly after 1 night in them which then made us not want to sleep in the beds again unfortunately. The bathrooms also smelt quite alot. The outside of the villa itself is in need of some tlc, just some paint would make it look so much cleaner and not has weathered. The pool although was lovely also had lots of tiles missing and during our stay wasnt cleaned once so we had to clean it ourselves because it had alot of debris in it daily, we understand its in the mountain surrounded by trees etc so this will happen. The outside grill and fridge and toilet area isnt usuable its not clean at all, so we never used it, we used the bbq... ( Remember to clean yourself) or you get a fine of €50 The inside fridge also isnt very cold we had to put the drinks in the freezer which wasnt ideal. There was no aircon or if there was it didnt work. There is only aircon machines in the upstairs bedrooms? All in all we wouldnt go back it wasnt a cheap holiday we paid alot of money for this. But the view and location was amazing the best part of the holiday.

The house was very roomy and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely beautiful and Barbara and Chantal were very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.

A quite large House, about 300m above the sea in the mountains. Narrow road but large parking spaces at the house for mult. cars. House is a little older than pics let expect. Pool is large and clear but not heated. Completely equipped incl. gas-grill, free-WLAN, Web-TV, DVD, Billard, etc. The costal motorway is in sight, what disturbs the tranquility somehow. They started the construction of a new house on the right border which caused a lot of noise in June 2014 ! (unlucky to us)
