The location is really great. The grocery store is just a few dozen meters away and all the other locations in Caprile just a few minutes' walk away. The ski bus stops in front of the house. The stream is just behind the house and one can enjoy the relaxing sound of the water. The house itself is spatious, great for both summer and winter vacations as it can accommodate people and sports equipment. The fireplace that can be used is a great feature.
There are few unused parts of the house / still in construction. The equipment storage room needs some form of heating for the equipment to dry in it.
