Chalet Al Lago

The setting was picturesque.

The weather impeded us from getting around easily. But we had a lovely walk through the snow to get to town.

L'appartamento era molto pulito, carino ed accogliente. La possibilità di gestire autonomamente il check-in è molto utile e le informazioni fornite tramite presentazione digitale sono molto complete e chiare. Vista semplicemente stupenda.

Il processo di check-in prevede l'inserimento dei dati di TUTTI gli ospiti e risulta molto lungo e macchinoso. Chiede nome, cognome, data e luogo di nascita, email, numero del documento d'identità, codice fiscale, ecc., per ogni ospite... Poteva bastare il documento d'identità che incorpora tutti questi dati. Inoltre ho provato a contattare su WhatsApp entrambi i numeri indicati tra le info online, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Fortunatamente non era una questione di vita o di morte, ma insomma supporto ridotto all'osso.

The location is fantastic – beautiful views of the lake. Also very peaceful and quiet no disturbance from neighbours excellent parking. Excellent communication from the owner .

To be slightly negative– we felt perhaps it could’ve been a little bit more comfy sitting space to accommodate the number of people in each apartment e.g. there was only a two seat sofa in an apartment that could accommodate up to 6 people. Also we did struggle a bit without an oven and the microwave wasn’t working unfortunately.

Rien à dire, hormis que ce serait bien d’avoir juste 1 bouteille d’huile d’olive et du sel
