We had a great time, no big issues that could not be solved.
Location was good, close to the ski slopes. Very clean, nice staff.
The garage is not really usable, suitable for very small cars only. Free parking is however very close. In one of the bedrooms there is portable bed, which is not very comfortable. Also, one of the chairs should be replaced. Other was ok.

Nice, but skiers should be careful.
The house and the apartment were nice and the agency employees are kind, helpful and responsive! The car ride to Marmolada cable car is around 15 minutes and Civetta ski area is close by.
If you are going for skiing, be mindful. There is a garage, which you cannot enter if you have a roof box on the car. There is a ski box in the garage, but no heated storage for ski boots. The ski bus stop is across the road, but we were told it was charged separately to the Dolomiti Superski ski pass (15 euros per week, per person). The apartment has a gas boiler, but the carbon monoxide detector was out of batteries – this was mended per our request. Along with the missing hair dryer (it was noted it will be available; we were told at the reception that it was there – it was not in the apartment). Once it was delivered the plug was not compatible with sockets, bring an adapter. We were 3 people in the ground level apartment (one bedroom with 2 beds and a pull-out couch in the living room) – the couch was not set up for someone to sleep on it. There is a dishwasher in the apartment, but no tablets were provided. We were provided with a sponge and a travel-sized dish soap. Also, for a 6-day stay of 3 people, we got 2 rolls of 2-ply toilet paper.

Excellent self-catering apartment in the Dolomite region
The accommodation is in Caprile in the Rocco Pietore region of the dolomites and is less touristy than some other areas. There seem to be numerous self-contained apartments for the winter ski season so there is a lot to choose from. Our 1-bedroom apartment had generous spaces with a huge living area, lounge with a sofa bed so you could easily sleep 4 people. The double bedroom had great space, a large bathroom with shower and washing machine, and kitchen facilities for self-catering, including an oven and dishwasher. Beds were very comfy. Free fast wifi included. Check in was at the Dolomitissime office at Alleghe which is about 10 mins drive from the apartment, was very straightforward. They had already provided a very informative pdf with all the details and maps re check in so that was very helpful, and provided clear directions. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely incfmrenol
Easy enough. Little far from the accommodation but otherwise fine.
Wi-Fi failed to work in some of the apartments but it was no big deal

Exceptional
The apartment was roomy and nice. The building had a garage, an elevator, and we had nice balconies.
The lighting in the kitchen/living room was poorly planned. The lights are not diffused and in weird places, it was uncomfortable to both cook and chill.

Superb
Our stay at the two bedroom apartment was excellent and to be honest it was sad to leave. The place is fitted with two bathrooms (both with showers and one with a bidet as well), a washing machine, an oven, a dishwasher, three balconies, a sofa bed, ample room for storage and a lot more. Honestly everything was great, the whole bulding is pretty recent and well kept (there's also an elevator for those who need it) and the furniture is new. There's a free playground with zip line etc in the vicinity and you can walk to the nearby town of Caprile to buy groceries. The employees were professional and quick to respond to our queries (we had a frying pan replaced the next morning since it was scratched). Since we went in the midst of the Covid-19 epidemic (although during a period of respite, at least in Italy), it can be useful to know that the letting agency will provide hydrogen peroxide sanification for a reasonable fee. We paid for this service to have extra peace of mind.
1) There is a garage available for guests however it is almost impossible to use it since the entrance is very narrow and steep, and also the height is modest so you won't be able to park an SUV in it. On the upside, right beside the garage there is parking space for three cars which is free but it is also used by other people - also more parking space two minutes away. 2) While the two bedroom apartment is on the second floor, both bedrooms face the street which is quite busy since it's the main road in the valley. So be advised, while the windows are insulated against noise you might find it hard to fall asleep if you go to bed early (whereas the traffic from 10 PM to 6 AM is virtually nonexistent). I got used to the (overall low) noise within a day or two and slept great, so I don't think it should be a problem for many but keep that in mind. 3) The cutlery is new and great but there are not that many spoons, especially teaspoons and also knives, so you'll have to use the dishwasher on the daily. 4) There are a couple of buildings in the vicinity that could definitely use some renovation, they aren't too pleasant to look at. Compared to the positives, price included, the above remarks carry little weight so much so that we'd all go back tomorrow.

Prima.
Skibus halte direct voor het appartement. Loop afstand naar COOP en restaurant. Voldoende kamers.
