Posizione fantastica, dalla finestra del soggiorno c'è una vista a dir poco spettacolare sul Pelmo e la Val Fiorentina. La casa è vicina alla piazza di Colle Santa Lucia e comoda per raggiungere gli impianti sciistici del Civetta, della Marmolada e di Cortina 5 torri. Appartamento molto spazioso per 4, accogliente, pulitissimo e caldo.
In cucina mancano molti accessori essenziali: mestolo, forbici, coperchi, ecc oltre ad una fornitura di base tipo olio, sale, zucchero, ecc. Materasso nella matrimoniale scomodo. Non siamo riusciti a far funzionare la televisione. Di notte si sente molto il rumore del riscaldamento.
