Very clean and recently remodeled. Excellent communication with Leonard about the house, area, and restaurants. And of course the view is phenomenal, it was quite the treat to sit out back in the morning sipping coffee while watching the sun rise.

Leonard was so accommodating and responds quickly to messages. The house is beautifully renovated and all aspects are just as they are described in the listing. We would highly suggest this property .
