The property was very enjoyable, quiet area, lake front (bit of a walk). Kids had a blast the entire time from fishing, swimming, running around. House was clean and large enough to comfortably house 10 (11 including dog). Robert was a very gracious host and I would highly recommend if looking for hidden gem in Lake George.

Had a wonderful time in Ticonderoga. Rob and Patty were terrific hosts. The house and propery were very well kept, and we loved hanging at the boathouse. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living room was large but cozy, with plenty of room for our group of 9. The beds were very comfortable.
It was a great family vacation!

Great place to gather up the kids and grandkids for fun activities and making memories. Rented a boat for tubing, water skiing, fishing, exploration.

Overall this place was great. It was very clean, the owner was nice and we had everything we needed. A few things that we didn’t love: the place isn’t ON the lake and wasn’t very private-neighbours are very close with no separation. In addition the owner had agreed to let us have a late checkout, but then came by much earlier to ask when we were leaving. This really affected our plans as people had to drive from 4 different cities and feeling like we needed to vacate earlier than we had planned was very difficult and cut our trip short. We were also asked to wash bedding etc, which I feel shouldn’t be expected when you are paying to rent a property as well as paying for a cleaning fee. The owner did pop in quite often which was fine but we definitely didn’t feel like the place was ours for the weekend.
