About this house rental
** End of Summer Specials Now being offered ** Relax and enjoy the mountain air at this lovely Victorian Home. You do NOT have to cross the road to get to the water. This is Lake George Waterfront Property . We are in a protected 5MPH bay that is wonderful for swimming , fishing , kayaking , ect. Also, Please read ALL of our feedback for an overall fair idea of what we offer . If you have special needs , Please ask those questions PRIOR to making a booking request, not after you commit to a reservation. We have several families that return every Summer and are very happy with the accommodations we offer. We are close to the Mossey Point State Launch Site , The Tiroga Point Town Beach , and the Snug Harbor Marina. All are right down the street from the house within 10 minutes. The main downtown district is about 1 mile from the house . Also Fort Ticonderoga , Walmart Super Center , Ticonderoga Golf Country Club , Star Trek Movie Set , and several restaurants are just minutes from the house as well ,
The home has a lovely sitting porch , a large living room with 4 sofas , 1 Queen sleeper, a large eat-in kitchen with plenty of cabinets. Owner is a licensed realtor. There is a Bathroom and a laundry room off of the kitchen. There are 5 Bedrooms upstairs, and a guest area, each with AC, and a Flat Screen TV. We have a total of 8 separate beds . 2 King beds, 4 Queen beds, and 2 twin bunk beds. There is a Full Bath Upstairs as well. The lake is about 100 yards from the back of the house . Lots of lawn for outdoor games. The boathouse is next door on a separate adjoining lot that is accessed by a natural footpath. Please Inquire if you have any questions. The property was very enjoyable, quiet area, lake front (bit of a walk). Kids had a blast the entire time from fishing, swimming, running around. House was clean and large enough to comfortably house 10 (11 including dog). Robert was a very gracious host and I would highly recommend if looking for hidden gem in Lake George.

Had a wonderful time in Ticonderoga. Rob and Patty were terrific hosts. The house and propery were very well kept, and we loved hanging at the boathouse. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living room was large but cozy, with plenty of room for our group of 9. The beds were very comfortable.
It was a great family vacation!

Great place to gather up the kids and grandkids for fun activities and making memories. Rented a boat for tubing, water skiing, fishing, exploration.

Overall this place was great. It was very clean, the owner was nice and we had everything we needed. A few things that we didn’t love: the place isn’t ON the lake and wasn’t very private-neighbours are very close with no separation. In addition the owner had agreed to let us have a late checkout, but then came by much earlier to ask when we were leaving. This really affected our plans as people had to drive from 4 different cities and feeling like we needed to vacate earlier than we had planned was very difficult and cut our trip short. We were also asked to wash bedding etc, which I feel shouldn’t be expected when you are paying to rent a property as well as paying for a cleaning fee. The owner did pop in quite often which was fine but we definitely didn’t feel like the place was ours for the weekend.
