The apartment is located inside a historic villa and features a light-filled, spacious living room with a sofa and opens onto a lovely terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and a coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals. A cosy sitting room equipped with a dining area opens directly onto the garden, making it easy to enjoy meals or relax outdoors.
The villa is divided into two separate apartments and is surrounded by a spacious shared garden, perfect for outdoor relaxation and dining. Furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue, the garden enjoys sweeping views of the Rocca di Angera and the majestic Monte Rosa massif—an ideal setting for al fresco meals or peaceful afternoons under the sun.
