About this apartment rental
This contemporary, ground-floor apartment is less than 5 minutes’ walk from the shores of Lake di Monate, one of the lesser-known, yet beautiful, Italian lakes. Just a 7-minute drive in the other direction is the famous Lake Maggiore, so guests are spoiled for choice!
The apartment sleeps up to 5 people. The décor is minimalist, with clean white walls with splashes of colour in the furnishings and artwork. The corner living room is flooded with sunlight thanks to extensive windows looking out over the terrace and plants. There is a corner sofa bed and a flat-screen HD digital TV. Through an archway is the spacious modern kitchen/diner. This is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and also a dining table and chairs for 6 people. The front door opens from the kitchen out onto the extensive terrace, which is partly shaded. The terrace is furnished with a sofa and armchairs so guests can relax in the sun and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: This airy bedroom is furnished with a king-size, double bed and a large wardrobe. A door opens directly onto the front terrace.
Bedroom 2: This smaller bedroom has a single bed, a laptop-friendly workspace and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living area converts into a comfortable double bed.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, basin and WC.

Location
The apartment is in a quiet part of Cadrezzate on the shores of Lake di Monate, which has some lovely beaches and great swimming. There are plenty of opportunities for kayaking, horse riding and hiking.
The town of Ispra, on the eastern shores of Lake Maggiore, is just 5 minutes drive. Here too visitors will find many water sports, plus the famous lakeside promenade the Passeggiata dell’Amore and restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. There is also a ferry port with many boat services to explore Lake Maggiore.
Ispra’s weekly market (Saturday morning) in Piazza Firenze is a treasure trove of local produce from vegetables and fruit to regional cheeses and salami. There is also a supermarket in the town for daily supplies.
Milan’s international Malpensa Airport is a 35-minute drive.
