La posizione era ottima, in contesto residenziale tranquillissimo fuori dal giro turistico. La casa è molto grande e spaziosa. I letti erano comodi e la cucina era molto accogliente. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e gentile

Küche war nur oberflächlich geputzt. Flächen waren verschmiert, Flecken im Kühlschrank und noch Gegenstände von vorherigen Bewohnern im Kühlschrank. Teilweise Regale und Haken im Bad defekt, lose, ausgerissen Ende März wird es noch recht kalt über Nacht, Heizung war nicht an, ging nicht und konnte auch nicht angeschaltet werden.
