About this apartment rental
The comfort of a place in the historic center with a private beach on Lake Monate.
Comabbio is a quiet village located on the shore of two lakes: the Comabbio lake with its 12 km cycle-pedestrian track and the Monate lake with its calm and crystal clear waters where you can swim and sunbathe on the private beach available to guests of ANNA 'S HOUSE. The beach is ca.1,5 km from my place.
The space
My house has an area of over 100 square meters and is on two levels.
On the first floor, you will find a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with TV, and a bathroom with attached laundry.
On the second floor are the other two bedrooms: the bedroom with a double bed and a full-size sofa bed; the second bedroom with two single beds; bathroom with bidet and shower/tub.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy free access to Lake Monate where they can sunbathe and swim in the calm and crystal clear waters or relax in the shade of the trees. The beach is about 1.5 km from Anna's House and is not equipped with amenities (water, electricity, toilet).
Lake Monate offers other equipped beaches for a fee.
Other things to note
The property does not have private parking, but there are convenient free parking lots just a few meters away. Possibility of recharging electric vehicles in the parking lot adjacent to the playground (about 50 meters away)
From my accommodation you can easily reach - the 12 km cycle-pedestrian path that surrounds Lake Comabbio where you can admire the lake vegetation and see wild animals (swans, herons, ducks, wild rabbits etc).
Pizzeria (including take-out), bar and restaurant a few meters away.
