Chilled out wonderful holiday in a very beautiful part of Italy, we absolutely loved it xx

Katia met us to hand over the keys and explain anything we needed to know about the apartment, She was very helpful & on hand if needed. She very kindly let us checkout later than 10 AM. Lovely lady. The apartment is basic but we knew this before booking, it had everything we needed & was clean & tidy with very good air conditioning. It is very well positioned for all local bars. restaurants, lake side walks & the train station. You really are living with the locals, we found everyone very friendly and helpful, we even had a neighbourhood cat visit us on our last night. I would definitely recommend staying here. Sesto Calande is a beautiful chilled out place, we would recommend taking the train for the 20 mins trip to Stresa & then on a hop on hop off ferry trip to the Borromean Islands. We loved this holiday, came home with big smiles on our faces. xx

Unfortunately it rained on and off but the weather does what the weather does lol. This did not spoil our time here at all, Some of the down pours were spectacular & we enjoyed dodging them in the local bar. xx

This was our second time here. This time we stayed in the apartment on the first floor and we liked it more. The host is so nice and accommodating. The location is very convenient and the apartment is great value for money. We were given a pass to park the car for free anywhere in the city. Really recommended!

Superb

Katia was a great host, ready to help when we needed it. Nothing was a problem for her! She made sure we had all the details to enter the apartment and also to park our car. Location is fantastic, just a short 2 min walk to the water and heaps of restaurants. Good place to stay for a week!

The only thing is the shower is very small… but ok… we survived :-)

Fantastic location. Owner Katia was amazingly helpful with showing us round, arranging our check-in/out times etc easily via WhatsApp. The place was so beautiful and really ideally located. Very short walk to train station or town centre and Riverside area. Simply perfect.

Perfect place for staying whilst at the Leonardo Academy. (Parking pass available if required)

Location was excellent with only 4 minute walk from the Leonardo Academy. ( Pictures from upstairs window included in this review confirm this) Spread over two floors, the upstairs bathroom and double bed equipped bedroom is complimented by the downstairs Lounge Kichen-Diner connected via an elegant spiral staircase.

A little traffic noise but no problem really. It has double glazed windows closed and louvred shutters which help keep any noise to a minimum.

I would definitely suggest staying here and actually enjoyed this area more than my week in Milan.

The location was fabulous. What a lovely location this was for my unexpected travel delay. Close to the airport and central to the town of Sesto Calende. The lake was amazingly beautiful and there are great restaurants right on the water so you can enjoy an apertivo and a view. Nikki met me at the apartment for check in and really saved the day when there were no cabs to the airport at checkout. I would have missed my flight but she dropped what she was doing and gave me a ride immediately.

Very nice place!

The host is very sweet and helpful! She helps you with everything and always answering your questions very quickly. There is even a new baby cot (that you could put in 2 different positions), so also a perfect place to bring your little children and babies. The appartment is very big and proper and there also is tea, coffee and water. I really can recommend this place to everybody and we are definetely going to come back another time!

A classy and quiet place to stay right in the middle of the town

The apartment is cleverly designed, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped (there is even a gym equipment!) The location is excellent. It's located in a quiet lane but it is actually in the town centre - only a short walk to the main plaza, the riverside and my work. I only stayed for one night and wish I could stay a bit longer. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Sesto Calende.

The shower cubicle could be a bit bigger. I do not think I'm 'large' by any standard and I had difficulty bending over to pick up the soap that I dropped!
