Zentrale Lage, ruhig, komfortabel mit Lift, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, gute Abfallentsorgung, viel Platz, Fernseher in Wohnzimmer UND Schlafzimmer, geräumige Kästen. Schönes Bad mit viel Platz.
Kleine Garage und enger Innenhof. Nicht geeignet für SUV. Habe mir das Auto zerkratzt. Bei Regen eher dunkle Wohnung.
