Pleasant stay

The caravan was brand new, very clean, and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. We appreciated the included sheets + towels (included with the booking.com purchase), and free Wi-Fi. The campsite was large yet quiet, offering great amenities such as pools, a small water park, a playground, and a restaurant. The animation team works very hard. The veranda, complete with chairs and sunbeds, was a nice bonus, and we enjoyed being able to connect to Netflix on the TV.

However, the caravan was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. It's very compact for a family of four. Pricey for what you get. There were several additional costs, including air conditioning, a deposit, and a tourist tax. We stayed in 424, and the foundation of the caravan was pretty shaky (for the management to review) The most disappointing aspect was the checkout process, where we were expected to thoroughly clean the caravan ourselves, which took over an hour (see screenshot). This is not a 4-star. Also, beware of mosquitoes!

Decent camping, kids like it

Clean and safe for kids running around due to limited traffic. Overall all the facilities are well maintained and taken care of.

Food in the local restaurant could be better. Then we could eat there every day without searching for alternatives. Next time i would not go for a mobile home but rather another type of accommodation because for our family of 4ppl it was too small. But it might be personal. Also we are tall so every day we had a hit against the kitchen hanging lamp.

Accommodation poor, vibe great

Location was good, big supermarket and restaurants around the corner

Accommodation was way too small for 4 adults. We had to rent the accommodation next to us as well to have a bit of a relaxing feeling. Couch is too small for 4 persons. Lots of kitchen utilities missing, no sunshade...not coming back there again.

Estafadores y mentirosos

I recommend that you do not make any reservations at this campsite. I had a reservation with them, they canceled my flight and although they tell you something on the phone, then they don't return your money, they lie to you and they don't help customers. They have won 300 euros, but they have lost a client and they have earned a very bad reputation. You can't treat people like that, greed ends up paying dearly. That area is full of much better establishments, I recommend you look for another one, these are scammers.

We had a lakeside view, it was very clean. Liked the garden area at the front.

We had no cutlery for cooking such as large spoon, small chopping knife . Better cooking equipment would be good.

quite nice a bungalow, playground pretty cool and cery close to the lake

there was no entertainment/kids club (mid may) therfore the overall price was just too expensive, one servant in the restaurant was just very unfriendly (dude with the rare hair)

Perfect holiday with a bad check-out!

The location is stunning. Right on the lake. With access to the beach. The rented units (we stayed in a superior cottage) are well equipped and have enough room for a young family of 4. The camping has play area for kids, a restaurant, bar, bathing facilities, etc. Supermarket is right in front and a lot of eateries around. Stresa is 45 min drive away and Milan an hour drive away. All in all great to spend time here.

While checking out we were told that EUR 30 will be cut from the deposit because sofa was dirty. After following up and asking to see the room, we found out that sofa was fine but the bed linen (its there essentially to protect the mattress) had some chocolate marks. In any case, they finally agreed not to cut EUR 30. It left a bad taste, we wasted 1.5 hours in check-out. It was a perfect holiday just spoilt by the check-out process.

Great long weekend stay!

Lovely camping for families. We spent only 3 nights in the camping and wished to stay more. Activites and attractions for kids. Lovely beach and very well equipped cabin. Highly recommended to all.

The camping is well situated right near the lake. The mobile home had a good working airco and the basic stuff you need.

Dormelletto is not one of the charming villages, is is just one road with some restaurants, if you are looking for a nice old town with atmosphere you have to take the car somewhere else. The mobile home was a lot smaller than we thought and the temperature of the shower was either very hot or very cold.

De accomodatie was redelijk duur voor één week. En je moet betalen voor de padelbanen en ligstoelen bij strand.

Fijne camping, mooie ligging, veel Nederlanders

We verbleven in een smart villa. Mooie ruime huisjes. Een terras en een fijn klein tuintje erbij. De camping is leuk, niet te groot waardoor onze kinderen lekker zelf konden spelen en de weg ook weer makkelijk terug vonden. Veel Nederlanders. Leuke speeltuin, naast het restaurant.

Nadeel is dat het zeer gehorig is, wij werden om 6 uur wakker door de kinderen in het huisje naast ons die hun moeder riepen. Gesprekken waren woord voor woord te verstaan. Dat we een badmuts op moesten in het zwembad wisten we van te voren. Maar ze zijn heel streng. Ik wilde een foto maken van mijn kind in het ondiepe badje en ging er even in staan (tot halverwege m’n kuit). Werd gelijk teruggefloten. Verder vind ik het een nadeel dat er geen bedjes bij het zwembad zijn. Deze staan op een grasveld achter het bad, maar vanaf daar heb je geen zicht op het zwembad.

Het was een erg proper, modern huisje. We vonden het erg aangenaam dat er een afwasmachine aanwezig was.

We vonden het nogal omslachtig dat we bundels voor de airco moesten aankopen per dag. Op foto leek het huisje groter en er was weinig kastruimte.

Prachtige camping, lekker relaxed en genoeg te doen voor kleine kinderen

Wij zijn hier voor de derde keer geweest en het was weer fantastisch. Het huisje is super, de camping is heerlijk rustig, en voor de kinderen is genoeg te doen bij de kids club, de speeltuin of het zwembad/meer.

Het enige verbeterpunt is de airco. Deze betaal je per uur en je krijgt een pasje die je verbruik bijhoudt. Echter om de airco aan te krijgen met de pas was een drama. En je moet goed opletten dat je ‘s nachts of als je weggaat de airco uitzet EN ook echt de pas eruit haalt, anders mag je die uren toch betalen.

Toller Campingplatz für die ganze Familie!

Moderne und bemerkenswert saubere Mobilhomes, freundliches Personal, eine tolle, super ausgestattete Anlage und eine sehr schöne Umgebung - Wir sind rundum zufrieden, erholt und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte stärker sein.

Het water, de restaurants en het zwembad

Geen kussentjes voor de plastic tuinstoelen zit zeer oncomfortabel. Airco die het pas op onze laatste dag deed omdat het nog van de winter naar de zomerstand gezet moest worden. Geef de mensen gewoon een afstandsbediening dan kun je het zelf van warm naar koud zetten (absurt). Je leeft gelukkig vooral buiten want het interieur binnen is niet echt comfortabel om lekker te chillen. Een grote houten tafel in het midden en een klein recht bankje tegen de muur. Wandaankleding dan weer wel leuk maar dat is natuurlijk de catch!. Weinig foto's van hoe het er echt uitziet. Al met al een hele hoop geld voor wat het eerlijk gezegd niet echt waard is.

Es war schön, wird aber eine einmalige Sache bleiben.

Die Lage ist super, die Plätze gross genug, die Distanz zum See wirklich kurz. Die "Villa" war sehr schön ausgestattet.

Das Häuschen hatte 2 Schlafzimmer, mein Sohn und seine Freundin bekamen natürlich das grössere mit dem Doppelbett und dem Schrank. Ich nahm das kleinere, welches 2 schmale Einzelbetten um die Ecke plaziert hatte. Die Betten waren extrem schmal, in diesem Zimmer hatte es auch keinen Schrank. Es war so klein und stickig, dass ich wirklich gerne wieder abgereist bin. Ausserdem: eigentlich hätte ich lieber einen Holzbungalow gemietet, aber offenbar dürfen nur in den Villas Hunde mitgenommen werden. Das finde ich sehr schräg, denn in ganz vielen Campern überall rundherum hatte es auch Hunde. Mir kam es so vor, als ob sie halt die teuerste Unterkunft nur so vermieten können...

A fost foarte plăcută șederea noastră acolo. Am avut o vacanță de 7 zile. Totul a fost perfect. Foarte amabili de la recepție . Direct pe lac. Siguranța pentru copii, loc de joacă pentru cei mici și teren frumos amenajata pentru fotbal și tenis. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni.

Nettes Haus, tolle und saubere Anlage. Unbequeme Betten.

Sauberes und schön renoviertes Haus zum wohl fühlen. Freundliches Personsal, alle lächeln, grüssen etc. Lage eher ruhig, direkt am See, sehr gepflegt. Grosser Spielplatz, tolle und gepflegte Sportplätze Wir waren Anfang April, wenn alles voll ist, wäre es mir zu voll, laut, eng gestellt usw. Und dafür wären mir die Preise der Hochsaison zu hoch. So wars perfekt.

Kleines Haus für 6 Personen, wir waren zu 5 (3 Kinder). Als Familie ok aber keinesfalls für 6 Erwachsene. Das Sofabett ist eher klein und die Matraze sehr dünn. Geht für ein kleines Kind. Ich hatte in den normalen Betten 7 Tage schlimme Rückenschmerzen. Beim Check in mussten wir spät abends 10min warten bis das Personal uns empfing, obwohl sie uns sofort sahen und sonst keine Gäste da waren, haben sie uns einfach ignoriert und gequatscht. Wesentliche Infos wie Mülltrennung, WLAN usw haben wir auch nicht erhalten. Der Ort selbst hat alles das man braucht, ist aber hässlich. Dafür erreicht man alle Ziele recht schnell.

Camping très bien entretenu avec nouvelle piscine en devenir. Tout est très propre. La location était impeccable. Le prêt de draps et de serviettes compris dans le prix est un vrai plus…

Dommage que l accès au terrain de tennis et au terrain de padle soit payant (10€ -30€ de l heure) Alors qu il n y avait personne (séjour en avril) Équipement de la cuisine très limité (mais suffisant pour un séjour court)

Jammer dat het zwembad nog niet klaar was. (verbouwingen) Geen strand wegens meer te hoog (zware regenval geweest) Mooi padel veld maar 30 euro voor een uurtje vind ik als campinggast wel overdreven
